Morris Architects have turned an old oil-drilling rig into a hotel that features 25 tiny guest rooms, which add details to oceanic finery. Scuba divers and snorkelers will find themselves surrounded by an amazing array of coral reefs that support hundreds of multicolored tropical fish species.
