Eco Factor: Zero emission electric car generates cumulative maximum power of 250 kW.
Peugeot has unveiled a visually striking new 100% electric car concept to celebrate the Marque's 200th anniversary. The two-seater roadster embraces futuristic styling with streamlined aerodynamics to become an extreme dream car. Shaped like a water droplet the EX1 has rear section built around the two closely set rear wheels to ensure optimal weight distribution. The stunning roadster is all wheel drive vehicle that uses two electric motors mounted on each axle that collectively generate 340HP and 240Nm of constant torque.
Its ultra light structure employing a monocouque body structure manufactured from a carbon/honeycomb combined with two electric motors give the car a cumulative maximum power of 250 kW. According to Peugeot, the EX1 is capable of lightning acceleration which exceeds 1G of gravitational force. The concept car would be showcased at the upcoming Paris Motor Show.
