The BMW X6 M may not be everyone's cup of tea. Some will argue that it's massive, uneconomical and ugly. Some will scream blasphemy at the almost Antichristness of the M brand and get heart palpitations over the fact that BMW actually made a 4-wheel-drive M car and in an SUV for that matter! And ultimately some will question the mere existence of the vehicle entirely. No matter what feelings the X6 M evokes, you can't deny that when Vorsteiner is part of a project, it's almost a guarantee that it will only get better from here on out. This ones going to be ok ladies and gents, trust me on this one.
Now I know what your all thinking, what's the power numbers is this roided up Santa's sled putting up? The answer is the same amount of ponies that it came equipped with from the factory, 555bhp of chassis twisting goodness. That's good enough to get you to 60mph in 4.4 seconds! If you need anymore than that in an SUV, I think you may have a death wish. Sadly, death wish or not, this modification is strictly cosmetic.
The modifications that Vorsteiner added to this monster include a carbon fiber front splitter that replaces the plastic unit, 3 modular aero fins which are attached to the main body of the diffuser in addition to 2 vented slits to help cool the beefy quad exhaust and a carbon fiber rear decklid spoiler for increased downforce. You might as well add a Fast and Furious spoiler to this thing because an SUV with 555bhp is just begging for a runway to take off from! The kit is finished off nicely with a set of forged 1-piece monoblock aluminum wheels and a set of high performance Michelin PS2 sport rubbers. Pair this kit up with G-Power'stuning package for the X6 M and I would say that you went up one notch on the badassery belt of car culture.
